Our return and exchange policy applies only to Inventory Style (ready-made) items. We kindly ask customers to request returns only for valid reasons, as we take great care in packing, dispatching, and fulfilling each order. Please note that Made-To-Order products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as each piece is custom-cut and stitched specifically for you once the order is placed.

If however, there is a defect or sizing problem with Made-To-Order products from our end, we kindly ask that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will exchange the product, and cover any reshipping charges.

In case of high customer dissatisfaction for any reason, we encourage healthy discussion to resolve the issue, because at the end of the day our goal is to add value to your lives through our products and services.

In case of returns, the customer will have to bear the return cost, and a refund will be made in 7 working days, after the product is received in the same condition as it was packed in: tags attached, unused, free of any stains, scents, or damages.
